How are automatic payments going to make my life easier?
With automatic payments, you won't have to worry about forgetting to pay again! Our system will catch any unpaid auction wins and make sure they are not lost; however, you should continue to checkout all your orders manually; as failed automatic payments will result in your winning bids being cancelled.
What happens if the payment fails?
We know that sometimes things go wrong and a payment might not be successful. Unfortunately, as this is the back-up payment system, if it can't take payment then the order will be cancelled and the auctions lost. This is why we would still recommend paying for the auctions before the deadline.
What do I need to know?
Our automatic payment system is intended to be used as a secondary payment option; meaning you should still try to checkout your orders manually by the end of each day.
You'll also only be able to use debit or credit cards with our automatic payment system; so if your preferred payment option is PayPal then you'll have to make sure you're manually checking out.
