Returns & Refunds

At Jobalots, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their purchases in the best possible condition. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns once delivery has been accepted. By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the item’s condition, and no responsibility will be taken for any discrepancies in the description or quantities of the order thereafter. No credits or refunds will be issued in these cases.

If an order is wholly or partially damaged in transit, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, a full refund will be processed. Please note, you may only refuse delivery if the order is visibly damaged. If the product is refused for any other reason, no refund will be issued upon its return to us, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery and any additional charges incurred by the refusal.

Once an order has been accepted from the courier, it cannot be refused at a later time.

Please be aware that goods purchased from Jobalots are sold as ‘Trade’, and therefore, consumer protection laws that apply to non-trade transactions do not cover your purchase. Regardless of the classification of the stock, all merchandise sold on this platform is sold as-is, without any warranties or guarantees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly consider these terms before completing a purchase.
